Shipping & Delivery Policy – Pet Bully Sticks

At Pet Bully Sticks, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Our shipping charges are based on a flat rate and your order subtotal. To reduce multiple deliveries, we’ll always try to ship everything together in one package. If your order requires more than one shipment, you’ll only be charged once for the total shipping cost of your order.

While most deliveries do not require a signature, we recommend having someone available to receive your package for safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Schedule

Our warehouse is located in California and ships orders Monday through Saturday. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same day, subject to order verification, payment approval, and stock availability.

Free Shipping on Orders $55+

Orders under $55 → Flat rate shipping: $5.00
Orders $55 or more → FREE standard shipping

Delivery Time

Average delivery time: 2–3 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx across the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
During peak seasons or with larger shipments, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Most orders received before 2:00 PM PST (Mon–Sat) are shipped the same day.

Stock Availability

We strive to keep all products in stock. If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

International shipping is currently not available.
